The price of every piece
A quote is made of named pieces, each with its price and its edges. Here they all are, before we even speak.
A published price is not a sales argument: it is what lets you check, on your own, that the quote you receive matches what was announced. That is why it sits here and not in a brochure sent on request.
A range is not room to haggle. The lower bound is a narrow scope, the upper bound a wide one: we pick which one before starting, never along the way.
What holds for every line
- Amounts are net. There is no VAT to add: what is written is what is paid.
- Every line is a fixed price, not an estimate. Anything outside the scope does not inflate the invoice — it becomes the next block, framed and priced like the first.
- Payment: 40% on signature, 60% on delivery. Above €6,000, in three instalments.
- Picking up code I did not write adds 20%. The unknown has a cost, and it is better announced than discovered.
- Third-party licences and subscriptions — hosted CMS, API quotas, paid calendars — are in your name and billed to you, never with a margin.

The deadline is part of the price
The clock starts from the signed scope and the delivered content, never from the signature alone. It pauses the moment a piece is missing on your side — which is what makes the two lines below workable.
Three working days or fewer: +20%, with a €500 floor. A slot reserved in advance has a cost, because it displaces everything else.
Beyond six working days, it runs the other way: −10%, then 2% per extra working day, down to −20%. A delay that is on me is deducted on its own, without you having to ask.
