The method
The method
The process is three steps. There is nothing between them, and nothing afterwards that isn't framed like the first block.
20 minutes, free
Frame
We start from your problem, not from a list of pages. What costs you time today, and at what point in the week?
We write down what the tool does — and above all what it doesn't. The second list is the useful one: it's what holds the price.
You leave with a written scope and a fixed price. No strings attached: if you stop there, the document is yours.
Short iterations
Build
No mockups to approve in the abstract. You see the tool running on a private address as soon as there is something to see.
Each iteration is a short conversation: what works, what's missing, what we cut. Fixing costs three minutes now, three days at delivery.
Anything outside the written scope doesn't vanish: it becomes the next block, framed and priced like the first.

Hosting is opened in your name. The code lives in a repository you own. You hold the keys, not a guest account.
The site is bilingual FR/EN from day one, with strict parity between both languages.
After that, we extend it in small blocks. Each block has its own scope and price, written before we start.
